Total update

I recently acquired a Motorola Backflip stock. I would have to say the timing was eloquent to say the least.  Being who I am, there is nothing that I own mechanical or electronic that I have not modded in someway.
My cellular phones being no exception, I promptly rooted the unit and started looking for custom rom options, or how I might create my own. God bless AT&T, but they really need to rethink their bloatware, just like all major pc distributors.
I am currently writing this post using my Backflip running j_r0dd’s Preclair b3, Android 2.1-update 1 custom rom & j_r0dd’s custom recovery image.  These are located at modmymobile.com in the Rom section for Backflip/Motus Androids.  This rom runs much smoother than the stock 1.5 Android os, and I have yet to run into problems. My bluetooth,wifi, 2G/3G service and gps are all running fine.
